There’s been a lot of vlogs on LadyCode lately because I’ve constantly been on the go, and rather that ghosting off LadyCode while I’m away traveling, I thought I would take you with me so we can stay in touch! I hope the vlogs are as enjoyable as my beauty videos!

Today I created a frosty/warm look that I decided to name SLAY BELLES (get it? lol).

Goldiluxe Hair Extensions Review | Unboxing | Try On

Hair extensions are one of the things I can’t live without. After losing a TON of my hair to damage from going blonde (and then dying it back), hair extensions give me the length and density I want, along with a side of CONFIDENCE!

Goldiluxe hair extensions is a new line of extensions and they are unique because they have a tape style weft, which makes them lay flat at the roots for a natural attachment.

Watch the hair extension review video below for the full review:

Goldiluxe was generous enough to provide a discount code for us girls in LadyCode! The code is: LADYCODE for $10 off your purchase! You can learn more about Goldiluxe extenions here: https://goldiluxehair.com

I hope you’re enjoying your Saturday!

Hey babes!

Here is the full tutorial on how to style a sleek middle part with straight hair:

Okay, so now that you have all the tips, here are my favorite products that I use to keep my hair sleek and healthy!

How to Create a Sleek High Ponytail with Volume || Clip In Hair Extensions

I’ve always loved the way a sleek, full high ponytail looks but I never tried the look on myself because I used to be insecure about my thin hair and crazy, uncontrollable hairline. I used to fill in my hairline with eyeshadow but I recently discovered an easier trick to conceal a thin hairline using root concealer spray or hair building fiber spray. Thanks to this trick and my hair extensions I can finally wear this look and feel 100% confident! I’ve been wearing this look for my major events so I wanted to film a tutorial showing exactly how I work the extensions in. I hope you try this look too!

Rita Hazan Root Concealer Spray – Sephora
Toppik Hair Thickening Spray – Toppik.com
OUAI Rose Hair and Body Oil – Sephora
Hair Secrets Clip in Hair Extensions – hairsecretextensions.com
Bobby Pins
2-3 Hair Ties
Hair brush

If you have struggled with thin/fine hair or wierdo hair lines like me, try these other ladycode videos and tutorials for more tips on how to feel 100% confident by creating the illusion of thicker, fuller hair!

Update: Since I dyed my hair back to black I’m so happy to be using the Hair Secrets extensions again, I also got the Hidden Crown Extensions in my hair color and it is A-MAZING! I use the Hidden Crown halo style for my every day use!

MAJOR FALL 2017 ANTI-HAUL: Products I am NOT purchasing

I skipped out on a LOT of makeup palettes recently including the Huda Beauty DESERT DUSK, Kylie Cosmetics PURPLE PALETTE, and the Fenty Beauty GALAXY palette. Watch the anti haul video below to find out why along with some great alternatives that I absolutely LOVE right now!

Products I regret buying this year:

Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette

I thought I loved this palette at first but as I used it I realized that the product is chalky and the fallout is abnormally excessive. It is not worth the $42 and I’m so sad because I used to love Anastasia Beverly Hills.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Palette

This was the second palette from ABH that arrived broken! I got a replacement and did this review:

The colors are bland and the black was TERRIBLE! There was no pigment and I have not used this palette since I filmed the tutorial. ugh.

Kylie Take Me On Vacation Palette

This palette was a major waste of money. I ended up sending this to one of my subscribers because it was not for me. I think the colors were too light and transparent, and at this point I am just over Kylie Cosmetics in general.

My ride or die palette right now is the Morphe 35o 2 Second Nature palette. The colors are so pigmented it is unreal and they blend like butter! I can’t live without this palette

I also love:

Burberry Liquid Lip Velvet in Fawn (no.5)

Kevyn Aucoin The Molten Lip Color in Rose Gold

Ardell Beauty Brow Pens and Liquid Lip Liners

Fenty Beauty Foundation and contour sticks

Cover FX Translucent powder

What are your favorite beauty products right now? What products are you not buying, and which ones do YOU regret buying? Let me know in the comments below!

Morphe 35O 2 Palette Review & Tutorial!

I’ve tried hundreds of eyeshadow palettes, but I realized I seriously had no idea what a good palette was until I tried the new Morphe 35o2 eyeshadow palette. This palette features a phenomenal range of highly pigmented shadows, from light highlight colors to pitch black, and every shade you need to blend in between. Red is known to bring out any eye color so this palette is universally appealing for everyone!

The best part is the price.. its less than $30. Unbelievable.

Watch my full tutorial followed by a Morphe 35o2 review in the video on LadyCode below:

I completed the whole look with “Gemini” lashes from my holiday collection on the LadyCode Shop.Click here to shop LisaLASHES

Don’t forget to subscribe to the LadyCode YouTube channel if you haven’t already because I’m giving away TONS of makeup right now, and I’ll be giving away a Morphe 35o2 palette in my next giveaway!

Enjoy your weekend my loves!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Palette Review

Earlier this month I ordered the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Palette and some of the shades arrived broken. Thankfully, ABH replaced my broken prism palette, so here is my full REVIEW and TUTORIAL of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Palette:

Overall, this palette has gorgeous colors and I love some of them but the formula is inconsistent. My all-time favorite palette from ABH is hands down the Master Palette by Mario, and I wish they would bring it back. I also just can’t believe this is the second palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills that arrived broken this year! My original reaction and review of the broken palette is in the video below:

I’m giving away a TON of makeup including the Prism palette, an Artis Brush, a PUR Cosmetics palette, and more! Watch the video below for rules:

I’m currently in Europe traveling for work and fun and I’ve been vlogging everything so I can’t wait to share my travels and experiences with you! Follow me on Instagram @Lisa_Opie or Snapchat LisaLopie to travel with me 🙂
