Travel Blog: London 2016

My second stop after Iceland was London! I’ve never been to London so I was super pumped to go, even though it was only for a few days.

On the first day, we went to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Hyde Park, and then Kingly Court. For dinner we went to an Indian restaurant called Punjab. Punjab was so delicious we ended up eating there both nights of our stay in London.

We booked a 1/2 day trip to Stonehenge on Golden Tours. The bus pickup from our hotel was 8:05 AM. We were running late and by 8:07, the bus was already gone. Luckily, the man at the front desk said we can catch the same bus from Victoria Station. We had to rush and take a taxi the station. Luckily, we made our bus! The bus ride to Stonehenge from London is about 2 hours. Our tour gave us 2 hours at the stones, which was JUST enough time to see the stones. Watch my Stonehenge Vlog to live theΒ full experience with me.

We took the tube to Hyde Park and walked to Buckingham Palace through the park. The palace is gorgeous but it was pretty crowded and full of tourists!

We also took time to see the London Bridge. It was nothing special to me, but the view of the Tower Bridge from the London Bridge was spectacular.
