FITNESS BLOG + NEW WORKOUTS + 1 MONTH MARK!

I cant believe it has been a MONTH since I started working out and eating right! This is crazy because I have already transformed SO much I feel like it’s been months. Check out the intro to the video below to see day 1 vs today!!

This week it snowed twice in Rochester and it was just not the type of weather that would make me want to leave the house but I toughed it out for 5 days out of the week to get my butt to the gym. I shared some of my favorite workouts from the week in the video above ❤

  1. I needed more motivation to get my butt in shape. I’m excited that when I move home I will be getting a gym membership. The school gym here sucks because it’s always so packed and you can never get a machine. I will make it my goal to get the body I want even I achieve it a year later. I have to start somewhere, right?

  3. I can’t for the life of me do gyming. I think its mostly because there are so many people around and I get conscious about my body. I am overweight and so I “jiggle” when I work out. I think it just makes me feel uncomfortable rather than anybody else. So I swim (when I have access to a pool) and I do yoga and I dance. I also like to go on walks so I think I have the situation under control but its slow progress.
