We all have those days when we are grumpy and nothing seems to work the way it is supposed to. Stress, daily obstacles, having a sedentary lifestyle, lack of sleep can all be contributors to that. Fortunately there are ways to brighten your mood and change the outcome of your day. One way to alleviate discomfort and pain or to simply change your mood is to try relaxing, getting a massage, or working out. However there is also another alternative: here are few aliments that can brighten your mood and make you feel better.
